Shipping policy

Orders placed before 11am Monday - Thursday will be processed by the next day.

Home Delivery's - Delivery days for home delivery will be a Wednesday each week. Orders must be placed before 11am on Monday to qualify. 

Postal Delivery - Orders placed before 11am Monday - Thursday will be processed by the next day and sent out within 1-2 business days.
Orders containing Live-foods will be sent out via Royal Mail 24 Hour service to ensure Live-food does not spend too long in transport.
